For first-time buyers, set up your account and log in to the shopping cart; returning buyers can just log in. To place your order, items can be added to your cart for immediate purchase. For your convenience, a list of the # of items and their total are shown on the right hand side of the screen. A more complete list can be reviewed on the check out screen.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payment by credit card will immediately reserve your items. However, we can also accept other forms of payment, such as bank wire, money order and personal/company checks. For payment other than credit cards, please call us so we can place your order.

Items can also be added to your SAVED card to be purchased at a future date. However, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, SAVING an item does not guarantee it will be available at a future date. To ensure availability, item must be “Added to Cart” and its purchase confirmed by completing the order process.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 p.m. (Central Time). Orders are carefully packed by our experienced staff and all items are insured and shipped via experienced and trusted carriers. If you have a preferred carrier or require expedited delivery, please contact us. If an item does not arrive in good condition, please contact us to resolve the issue.

For US orders (contiguous 48 states), shipping will be calculated when you check out. Shipping rates are as follows:

We frequently handle orders outside the US; however, as many of these require special handling, please call or e-mail us to reserve the item and arrange for payment and shipping.

RETURN POLICY
We have a guaranteed return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, we will refund the full price of your purchase, less shipping and insurance.

To return an item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will issue an authorization number. Return the item to us in the original packing material, insured for the original purchase amount. You will be reimbursed for the full price of the item upon its receipt.

QUANTITY PRICING
Whether you are shopping with us or are a wholesale buyer, the following quantity discounts will apply:

Purchases over $1,000 will receive free shipping.
Purchases of $3,000 or more will receive a 3% discount.
Purchases of $5,000 or more will receive a 10% discount.
Purchases of $10,000 or more will receive a 15% discount.
